I took a hiatus from the blog for the last month; not for any one reason other than opening Uchiko has been some serious work! It’s felt like one step forward and 2 steps back, but recently feels like we’re gaining momentum and really catching stride into become a worthy follow up to our other restaurant Uchi. I’ve been working 6 day weeks from 9 to 9; somehow the further you move in your career the more work there is to do!  Responsibility!  Careful what you wish for i guess. With all of the focus and talent we’ve got at Uchiko now i think its’ really going to be something very special for many years to come. Here are some pics to enjoy!
