Testing and completion of recipes for the Uchi cookbook in the works. I’m still figuring out this new blog sight, but look forward to the near future of lots of new posts about the finishes and build out of the interior of Uchiko; and progress with food and the eventual final Uchiko menu too!

Soon on this new site all pics will be dedicated to shots of testing on dishes for Uchiko and Uchi, and pictures of continued construction progress too. We’re looking to start on the interior next week!
