So incredibly happy for you! My wife Tabitha and I have been coming to Uchi and then to Uchiko since we moved to Austin in Aug 2009. We sometimes come once a week and at least twice a month with a couple of weeks with multiple visits thrown in as well! The thing that stands out at Uchi and Uchiko is of course the amazing food (and my all time food favorite, the extinct Bacon Sen), but also the impeccable service and staff! I have not been to very many places around the world with such personable and yet professional staff and service. Love it all and congratulations Tyson!
ps. We will be at Uchiko tomorrow night at 6 to celebrate my 40th birthday! I'll drink some sake to toast your win!
